Return Eligibility: Items are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please email us at returns@zosianadesigns.com. Provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond promptly with instructions on how to return your item to us.

Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping for all eligible items. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label, ensuring that your return is hassle-free.

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. After inspection, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt and status of your return.

Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the item at no cost to you and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.

Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and then place a new order.
